Do you mean the Royal Thai consulate in a Hong Kong? If yes I’m having the same problem. Wanted to ask a question before I go ahead and book flights.

In case anyone here knows, do I need to be out of Thailand to apply for spousal DTV visa?

My husband got his one already in Hong Kong and he moved to Bangkok last month with his DTV visa. I arrived with 60 day visa exemption but I’m heading back to Hong Kong in a week or so to finalise our move and get my spousal DTV visa.

My question is we’re applying for my spousal visa under his e visa account. Can we submit the application while we’re in Thailand? Then I fly to HK briefly to finish moving, and come back to Thailand with the DTV visa?

Or do I need to be out of the country when my husband submits my application?
