Hmmm... 2-part question;

I've done the 2 land borders using visa exemption already this year

However:

... if I come by land crossing next time but *with a non-b for work*... then, is that allowed?

2nd part: if yes, that's allowed to be done, and therefore it gets me in for 90 days [in which time the full year extension must be done] during those 90 days can I get a re-entry permit, leave for 3 weeks and return on a still valid non-b? (Getting the full year extension once I'm back)

My school couldn't confirm or deny whether a re-entry permit works for people in those initial 90 days/prior to having the 1 year extension

As always, thanks

Hello everyone!

Iโ€™m South African: planning to travel to Thailand for a 21-day meditation course in Dui Suthep in July. Iโ€™ll be traveling from Uzbekistan.

Question is: can anyone confirm if South Africans can get a 30 day visa on arrival at the airport or not?

I have tried searching in the group but found nothing. (If anyone can refer me to a post with a similar question thatโ€™d be great too)

TIA

I have US and Russian passports. Just got my 60 day tourist visa for my US passport. Recently I saw on the news that starting November there's a change in policy for Russian passport holders to get a 90 day stamp on entry (can't seem to find any official sites to confirm this however it's all over the news). I am flying in next week and planning to stay for ~3-4 months. Question: can I enter BKK with my Russian passport to get the 90 day stamp? Also, is there a way to confirm this policy change? Thank you!

Open Question:

Need some advice. I have a non-B business VISA and will be applying for ED VISA instead within the Kingdom. Do i have to exit the kingdom and let my Non-B expire or can it be cancelled and converted on the spot at immigration should my applications be successful. Advice would be appreciated
