I have to have tge house book of my landlady and the house book fir the house I am renting. I also have to have the I'd card if the house owner (copy signed). In addition I am asked for the lease agreement which is signed by me and my landlady and witnessed. You also need up to date tm 30 registration for the same address. I go on my own but the Officer is always annoyed my landlady is not with me but talks at length to her in the phone instead. It sounds like you are either missing a blue book, have not involved the actual house owner or both. There is no need to have your name in the blue book for the property you are living in. I would get a new lease agreement with the house owner who could also file tm30 for you.

For visa purposes any monthly transfers must show as international. I have had a lot of problems with this but wise transfers to Bangkok bank using the reason of long term stay show clearly as international on my statements. Dont buy the insurance unless you want it as it is not necessary to do so but they are quite insistent. It might help to have

baht with you but I opened an account with 500. I had to go to the same branch 4 times before I was successful. Wisectransfers are realy low cost and the exchange rate is good. Good luck.

baht per month for twelve months. You must do a transaction on the day and update your bank book. I do phone top up. You must also get a letter from the bank that verifies your finances. You must have up to date tm30 filed.

Thankyou for all the effort you put into giving people advice. However, the best place for advice for those in Thailand is their local immigration Office. It's just a shame they all interpret the rules differently.

Currently two single tickets are cheaper than a return with Thai.
