TLDR : Answer Summary
Many users have shared their experiences with the Legalization Division at the Department of Consular Affairs on Chaeng Watthana Road. It is advised to go early if attempting a walk-in, but recent updates indicate that only those with online reservations will be serviced, leading to frustrations for those unaware of this requirement.
Update: No online appointment = no service. Do not waste your time to come here as a walk-in. Many frustrated foreigners as they were not aware of the online booking requirement and there is no information on the Website of the MFA.
I've been to Cheang Wattana office and it's busy, if you can get an appointment, it's probably a good idea. If you're in the city there's a legalisation office at MRT Khlong Toei.
