Should not have to pay for TM30

Period! But for peace of mind set up your own notification of residence with Thailand immigration and do yourself then your not reliant on anyone doing it for you and it's FREE!

Spoke to a guy who's been living Pattaya 16 years in his own condo and never done a TM30 in Thailand, personally l do when in Thailand easy to register an account with thai immigration and fill online form each time l arrive takes 3 minutes.
