That would in my case , not change anything if we went to live in Thailand, Philippines, Belgium or France. We got a long story together.

You not mention age. From 50 years old, retirement is best. Even if your wife is not 50, she can get a following spouse visa. If your wife want a job as teacher, then as said go for that. Indeed avoid ED visa. Gives problems often if you travel back into the country.

Yes, but is mostly, the girl saw an opportunity and not fell for the guy. My wife, never would even think about these things.

Some Philippine women, could fo that, but not a girl with the right mentality. My wife, 30 years younger, far from a child at now 34, never been in that. We have a very normal life, living in Thailand, as a real couple.

Mine is 30 years younger. I not brought her home, but out of her country, Philippines. We live in Thailand. We knew each other 6 years, before making that decision. It is not about age, but mentality.

I know Phuket since 1990. Crying your eyes out now. Is better even in Pattaya now.yoy can find nice places outside the city. Even if the city is expanding, there is still greenery closer then you think. Only beaches are

New condos are getting smaller and smaller... if you buy à good older condo, you will not loose on resale, expecially, with seaview. Meanwhile you rent out without paying ridiculous taxes, like in Europe.
