most will get a warning and one last chance to enter thailand and while he is in thailand he do need a thai bank acct to apply at immigration office

Passport with copies, photo, Tm87, Tm30, lease agreement(copies of blue book and owner's ID) bank letter and statement of 12mths(within 7days), bank book and copies(updated to day of application), Google map of address and whatever extra the IO need.....CW bkk hope this helps

a bank letter that verify that such person have a bank acct with name and acct numbers ( just tell them u need the letter for immigration purpose)

60days with 30days extension until you are being told to get proper visa.......next step put in 800k thai bank acct and apply 90days nonO......not sure what your 120baht agent fees is for?

You don't need a long term visa to buy condo....many ppl with tourist visa have bought condos anyway u need a agent to assist you in your purchase they have a way round to open a bank acct with cert in deposit and option to purchase find reputable hosing agents

Basically it's troublesome to top up wallet every now and then I just link my debit card for seamless transaction.....

Well maybe you should keep 2 accts let's say u use bkk bank for the 65k/mth statement for immigration then u transfer to another thai bank acct and send back to Norway at least it does not look so obvious to the immigration officer when u present your bkk bank statement

thanks unfortunately my embassy does not issue affidavit and I have been using the 800k method was thinking of making a switch
