Do I have to transfer the visa and other information, like entry stamp immediately?
Also same questions for bank and phone company, is it a problem, I do that a bit later.
Question is also related to the fact I had an accident. I cannot go anywhere, for at least 2 months, if surgery is needed, maybe longer.
Banks will probably not notice that, but I also have to for fill my 90 days, online in 6 weeks. So that could be a problem is passport nr is not same.
Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is seeking advice on transferring their visa and entry stamps to a new passport, as well as updating their bank and phone information, given that they are recovering from an accident and cannot travel. Responses suggest that it's advisable to visit immigration to transfer the visa and stamps as soon as possible and also mention the possibility of completing the required 90-day report online. It is also noted that banks may not require immediate updates, and keeping the old passport handy can help in case of any issues.

Go in a wheel chair FFS. I moved around on crutches for 2 years after I got run over. That's my right shin and my foot and ankle are worse. Sorry but if you can hire people to help they can wheel you into immigration. I see beat up old fellas in wheel chairs at immigration all the time.
What's the relevance of June you don't say? go to Immigration with your new and old passport and get visa and stamps transferred. 90 day reporting can be done online, or get a helper to go to an agent and do it
You might want to consider getting a letter from your doctor saying you are unable to travel. If you are in a hospital then they should be able to help you immigration matters.
Hospitals often can help with immigration matters. Even if you are home you might ask your doctor if they can help. Doing immigration stuff on time is best but if they can’t help then a letter about your condition may be handy later on. Good luck.
When I renewed mine earlier this year I went to immigration and got the stamps moved shortly after. I had to do the next 90 day report in person so I would do it at the same time. I didn't update the bank until 3 months later when I went to request statements for my annual extension, wasn't an issue.
