Another question. I know what to do to extend my retirement visa. Only problem is I live in a house of Thai company, which I own 49 % of. So what do I have to show, as there is no lease?
Also my wife got a following visa, based on my original retirement. What do I need to do to extend that, which form, requirements.
TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your retirement visa while living in a house owned by your company (49% ownership), you may need a letter from the company confirming your residence or a lease agreement. Required documentation typically includes the housebook, business papers showing your shareholder status, proof of funds (800,000 Baht in a Thai bank), a photo of you outside the property, a hand-drawn map, and completed application forms. For your wife's visa extension based on your retirement, similar paperwork may be required, ensuring all documentation is correctly submitted at immigration.
