Do I need a TM6 departure card for a re-entry permit in Thailand if I lost the original?

I have a question. I am flying out in March to Europe. I need re -entry permit. I know what to do for that, go to immigration, with the formular, entry stamp copy, Visa copy, passport main page copy.  But also as the departure card.  

That one I not have. I am in Thailand for 2.5 years and my origina, 6 months tourist visum has been changed to retirement. But on the process the TM6, has been removed.  

Is this a problem, should I fill in a new one? Can I get this at immigration. 

Also the passport picture, I have, fill in perfectly on the paper. But it is one cm short.   Would that be a problem, I made so many already and they all have to be different.

I already told you. Go to the airport when you fly out. Fill out a new one, get a reentry permit.

you can get one at your check-in desk and then proceed to reentry counter. Ive done that in the past

no he needs it for reentry permit if he gets it immigration office. I'm explaining how to get both at airport before departure.

Martin Mairesse. You need to report loss to police, and take police report to immigration and they will give you a new TM6. As

If the only thing you need the Tm6 for is a reentry permit, I'd just wait and do it at the airport. Getting a new tm6 in country is a pain. At the airport you just grab one and fill it out.

You can buy a reentry permit at the reentry desk before you go through immigration at BKK. It's open

Thanks, but they need it for visa. I not know why they took it out, when applying Retirement visa.

Bro you're making a big deal out of nothing. TM6 is not a form anyone cares about. Just get a new one at the airport when you leave. It's fast and easier to get the TM6 AND the reentry permit at the airport vs immigration in country.
