Does the phone you have in Thailand to open a bank account have to be a contract phone sim or will a sim with 3 months from the airport suffice

I have recently received my non o visa by email. I have read conflicting info about paperwork I will need from the UK to take with me to enable me to open bank account in Thailand. Could someone please inform me accurately what paperwork I will need for completion of this. Since I hopefully will be staying in Thailand until I get my non o retirement visa after the initial 3 months and a multi entry visa so I will have to take the required paperwork from UK beforehand. Thankyou

Just got mine in UK. 17 days from application it took for mine to be accepted

can I ask what finance paperwork you sent them ? That is the last piece of proof I have to download on their application. I was just going to print off a picture of my current account and show them that. Hope it will be ok
