processing time in the US has been 10 to 15 business days. I got mine in 12 working days. Holidays and weekends make it longer. Mine was processed through the office in DC
It took about 3 days for them to ask me for more details and about another 10 days to give me my non O visa. That was from the Sydney embassy in Australia.
