Why would they? They don't do those checks for retirement or marriage at the airport or land borders currently. Things can of course change but if you meet the original requirements then that is all you need to worry about for now

If you mean 90 day report, you do that at your local immigration office

as long as you have a minimum 6 month visa then yes.

Plus when you have an account in Cambodia you can use the QR scan in Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam
