TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on the required documents for their 90-day report following their large DTV (presumably a type of visa). They are uncertain whether to report at the embassy or in Bangkok since they reside in Pattaya. Responses clarify that the report should be made at the local immigration office in Pattaya, specifically at Jomtien Immigration, and that the necessary documents include the passport and the TM30 form. Users recommend going early to avoid long waits and discuss the process's ease.

It ks the 90 Day report. You will do this at Jomtien Immigration in Soi. All you need to take with yiu is passport and TM30. You can get the TM47 form to complete there plus the passport copies. It is very easy to do in Jomtien and around 30 mins max. Go early on a Morning but try to avoid Mondays and day after holidays. May 11th is a Sunday but also a holiday so immigration closed 12th. If I was you I would go down 8am on the 8th.
I printed out this MT 30 report, I think this is the first time I have to submit it in person to the office? Will I need any other documents apart from my passport? Has anyone submitted a report in Pattaya? Does it take long or is it just a formality?
You will need your passport and your TM30. If you live in Pattaya you cannot report in Bangkok. You must report to the immigration office that matches the province of your TM30.
