Why is the KL embassy not accepting DTV visa applications?

one of the aims of the DTV is to attract Digital Nomads and by their very nature they tend to be out of their own countries . It would not make much sense. I hope they just carry on as is. As it appears to be working

no reason for it to be in your home country. Plenty of people are overseas and need to apply out of country. That's what Embassies are for

Are Wise accounts accepted as bank statements in Taipei or HCMC?

Anonymous participant well I have a Wise account and that gives me a UK account number with a sort code and a debit card if I want it. So it's a bank as far as I can see. And as you say they also pay interest. So it's pretty much a bank

Isn't Wise a bank account? I know it's a transfer service but you can if you wish have money in the account for any length of time
