I'm a right to say to my future employer that I don't want to change my Non O visa based on marriage to a Non B visa?
Her lawyer tell that i can't have work permit with non O marry visa.. 🤔🤔

A person can get a work permit on a one year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national, or a Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai national. The only reason why a business would want a person on a Non-B is either because the human resources office doesn't know what they are doing, or as a way to have power over you.

The business wouldn't be able to convert the "under consideration for an extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national" to a "one year extension of stay based on employment". You'd have to close out the under consideration stamp first, and then apply for the one year extension of stay based on employment. Or, just keep the one year extension of stay based on marriage, and not begin work until after you get the work permit.
