 i managed to return via Paris end of Feb but i had a TR visa when i was back in UK at xmas, now ive spoken with the Thai embassy in Nigeria who cover Congo and they will issue me another COE with an VOA this time. All by email as they do not have online facility.

 my nearest Thai Embassy is in Abuja in Nigeria where i do my COE, cant see any way of getting my passport from congo to there
