I came in one year 12 times visa exempt no problem never stayed the full period or got an extension. Never was questioned

no this is a discussion group. The law says it needs to be a volunteer organization. wife is Thai and and an immigration lawyer here so I will follow the law.

well it’s the wrong question, it’s not how many times that’s not relevant. It has to do with the pattern. Staying 60 days then getting an extension for 30 days then leave for a day and repeat, and keep repeating like that you will have a problem.
