id like to think it depends on what you’re doing as volunteer work. It seems that if you’re rescuing dogs, or handing out food to needy people or picking up trash on the beach, that the authorities wouldn’t just deport you without a warning first. But I honestly can’t imagine someone having an issue with things such as that period.

Now…if you’re teaching English or building houses for the needy, I can see how there might be an issue. But I’m not even in Thailand full time yet.
