Hello, what’s the longest I can stay/visit Thailand in the course of a calendar year? I’ve been twice in 2025 for nearly 6 weeks so far but returning in October for 5 weeks in a row.
Will this be an issue for me?
TIA for any guidance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, there isn't a strict rule on how many days you can stay, but immigration officers generally become cautious if you exceed 90 days within a 6-month period or stay for 6 months in a calendar year. Many travelers report successful stays of up to 6 weeks at a time without problems, provided they don't draw attention with frequent back-to-back visits. It's suggested to be mindful, as ultimately the immigration officer has the final say on your entry. One commenter humorously noted a 365-day maximum, while others discussed their personal experiences with visa exemptions.

When I do not hold a visa I stay 60+60 on two separate trips. Been doing for years without any problem, but there is no limit until you get denied at the airport one day and forced to fly back
There is no rule. But immigration officers start to get antsy around 90 days in 6 months or 6 months in a year. You're nowhere near that so should be fine
