Just today a fairly healthy man said he pays $453.00 a month for health insurance. It cost a lot as you get older, and they do not cover exiting condition. So diabetes would not be covered.

I think it will get even harder. American is trying to straighten out the illegals.. They sometimes get the visa, then just stay when it expires.. They then are illegal. Thailand would not put up with that.. So, America doesn't need to either.

I have the same thoughts. I also want to see if I bring $18,000.00 a year how much taxes will I pay? Not all at once. $1500.00 a month. and Buy a $100,000.00 condo?😎

Everyone keeps saying how expensive an agent is. I don't think $1500.00 to $2,000.00 is expensive if they do all the work

Stuart Hansen it better than I did. I am 77 and I don't want to have to deal with any of that. I just finished dealing with lawyers getting insurance claim of a hurrican two years ago settles. Which has been a two year fight. Now I just finished redoing my whole house from that damage. . Now I am in the middle of selling it. Enough.. I'll let an agent do it/ I was just hoping it would be between $1500. and $2000. for agent. Thats all I wanted to know. But Thank you

I am not in Thailand yet. I plan on come to live inend of May. I want to get right visa. Thats all I am checking out. This other person that posted this said he got in? Not me.

I thought you couldnt get the 90 day Visa any more, or you can't get 90 day ones? I will check back with what I was told. I wanted an agent for other things. Bank acct, gertting visa, check paper work for when I rent or buy a condo.
