okay that’s great. Thanks. I would think that immigration would want those stamped for verification though by the bank?

I have a non-o spouse and I have a WP, it certainly is possible. Go this route because as Steven said above 👆, if you lose your job for some reason, your visa is cancelled.

and nothing needs to be done prior right? Ex: applying online etc… I’m asking on behalf of a friend whose mom is coming next month.

USA citizens will receive a 45 day stamp upon entry at airport currently, correct?

OK but that doesn’t answer the question that I asked. I am unsure of the entry requirements. That is why I asked, mainly regarding to Thai children.

Asking for a friend who is considering getting this multiple entry visa…. If it’s multiple entry, you still need to leave the country every 90 days, correct? And not just do 90 day check ins? He said he “heard” Non-o M no longer need to leave the country every 90 days.

10 days ago I flew in international. Was through immigration and had my baggage within 20 minutes of getting off of the plane. Walk to domestic about 5 minutes. Domestic check in and security took about 10 minutes. This was at 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon.

The only “Covid measures” was a counter halfway between getting off the plane and immigration that wanted to just see your certificate, took 10 seconds. And they didn’t even check on the domestic side.

Almost 4 hours should be PLENTY of time.
