Will maesai give her a hard time about it when crossing? I've only ever had non-o visas so I really don't know much about tourist and how it goes
Bobby ****
No, can she do that? How much is that and what is needed?

seoul south korea embassy gives the non-o based on marriage w/o finances as well. i did it 3 months ago.

Yikes, she messaged me and somehow I did the wrong thing. I've been getting non-o's for almost 10 years now, so I'd like to think I'm familiar with the process. She is a teacher. I told her to bring her work permit, contract, marriage certificate to the consulate along with copies and she should be okay

it was a husband/wife. so 4000 total, sorry. CR immigration has some interesting folks working if you catch them on the right day :)

i know of someone here in CR that went to immigration for their 90 day check in, 1 day late, and were fined 4000 baht. i am aware it wasnt a fly out of the country, but still. things are getting tighter, and why risk it? if you have to ask these questions such as'will this get me in trouble' then you should already know what your decision should be. but in the end it is up to you of course.

if you intend to come back to thailand, do not overstay. you never know what may come back to bite ya

If you have the finances required for an extention, you can do so at your local immigration. You can get a 1 year extension based on supporting a thai spouse if you have the finances required

If your visa is expired... the date on the visa that says something along the lines of "enter before" - then yes, you need a new visa.
