i know of someone here in CR that went to immigration for their 90 day check in, 1 day late, and were fined 4000 baht. i am aware it wasnt a fly out of the country, but still. things are getting tighter, and why risk it? if you have to ask these questions such as'will this get me in trouble' then you should already know what your decision should be. but in the end it is up to you of course.
