Later this month am visiting Laos from Northern Thailand for 2 nights as advised so I can return to Thailandas my family visa expires. Can someone please tell me how many days you get 30 or 60 days - believe changed to 60 a few months back but want to check. Thank you
Anyone know of any decent agency that does 30 days visa extension in Bangkok . I’ve been quoted ฿6,000 but seems a bit much as I just want to queue jump.
I think I stepped into an alternate universe today! I went for my 30 day visa tourist extension in Bangkok at the IT square mall in Lak Si…it was practically empty at 1:40pm. No line in the paperwork que, walked right up, and when I got my number there was only 9 people ahead of me! I was done in less than 1 hour with stamped passport back in hand! I was shocked! Miracles do exist!!!
So I hope this is not too dumb a question. I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right
I’m a uk passport holder and plan to fly to Thailand for 28 days in January .
From what I read I’m covered by the visa exemption. Does this mean I can just get on a plane and enjoy my holiday without any paperwork. ( other than carrying my uk passport which has 5 yrs to run)
I just arrived in yesterday in Thailand as a Norwegian citizen on the 30 day visa exemption program.
Funnily enough, according to this article - yesterday Norway was added to a 60 day visa exemption program.
Does anyone know if my 30 day stamp (from the 15th of July) can be extended online or, even better, is valid for 60 days?
From what I can tell reading through this group the Visa rules are often quite tricky here - so I may be asking a bit much. Very happy if someone could point me in the direction of a good visa advisor :)
Hello, is it possible to enter with the visa exemption 30 days and then extend in Bangkok? I have an Australian passport. I am flying in mid-July so am hopeful the 60 day visa exemption might be in effect by then.
