Contact Chan Brothers travel agent in Singapore they are the main cruise agents for SE Asia ask them for cruises departing Laem Chabang

There are plenty of choices mainly Singapore and Malaysian companies, They are more geared up for the Asian travellers.

You can join some of the big cruises. Western style like celebrity/carnival in Bangkok but not regular service and works out a lot more expensive.
