All depends on the insurance issued from your country some have limits of say 100 days. Some say longer but then you read fine print and a years insurance may only be valid for 60 day stints at a time.

To set up buisness dont need any special visa, but you cannot work anyway, except maybe as manager.

Marriage visa maybe best then you can get a work permit later once buisness is sorted.

You can own a maximum of 49 % of buisness. Find good lawyer/accountant to set things up

What do you mean dont need TM 30. I have yellow book and Pink ID.Yes i use ID when travelling, but yellow book got nothing to do with TM30

Dont do overstay especially in Samui, you get caught without visa you will be arrested, deported and probably banned from entering for maybe a year maybe 5 years
