Just so I'm clear - she'd need to sign her i/d and housebook listing, and the kor ror 2 and 3 copies? Anything else? And is just her signature adequate or does she need to write anything else on the docs? Thanks again.

KL's easy. As long as you have the items on the checklist you're good to go. I was there 30 minutes for the submission and 5 for the pickup.
