Hi. Question re: non O (marriage) application that I'm doing in HCMC next week.

I just resigned from my job. What do I put in the 'Occupation' box? Unemployed doesn't sound great..... On a break? Do they care 🤔

I'm not retired just yet 😉. Not sure if that would be a good thing to put on my application as I'm under 50. And I'm already married - just going to Saigon to get my non-O.

Well... I even had an affidavit about income from my Embassy with "unemployed", nobody gave any attention to it =)

But, as always, it highly depends on the person approving your papers.
