Get the 5 year Elite Easy Access. You don't have to leave Thailand to get it. It works out to 273 baht per day. Theoretically if you do an in out at the end you can get 6 years out of it so 228 baht per day.

But that won't work if the O/P wants to work on his visa, which you can if you are married to a Thai national, but not easily with Elite.

As Pakistani you have to go back your home country, please check the requirements to get the initial Non O. Back in Thailand you have to go the route with THB400,000 in bank to get the one year extension.
