ORIGINAL POSTERHi all. Apologies but I couldn't find this information below. What are the 'quiet' days at the consulate in Savannakhet? (ie the days when the visa run companies don't all show up) Thanks in advance!

the other day a friend was up at Savannakhet. He said there were a total of 5 people waiting in line that morning :O It sure ain't Vientiane ;) I think the reason there's very few people is that they are hard core about the 3-proof-ofz to issue tourist visas where Vientiane isn't.
