Cheers Tod. That should give me enough time to get 3 payslips so that I can apply in-country for the 1 year extension. Just in case I decide to go the other route - i.e. get a type B and then convert to a non-O based on marriage - is this a straightforward process? I dont want to piss my new employer off!
Hi Robert, Tod. One other thing occurred to me - am I correct in saying that if I was to obtain a Single Entry Non-O, that there is an option to extend the 90 days for another 60 days in country?
Thanks Robert - so if I was to get the non-O in September, and then start work in October, I'd have to do 1 border bounce and get the extension in early 2018?
