TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are married to a Thai citizen, you can usually use the Thai passport control lane at airports. However, responses suggest that whether you can actually access this lane may depend on various factors including being accompanied by your Thai spouse or the discretion of immigration officers at the time. Many users confirm that they have used the lane successfully while traveling with their Thai spouse, but it is not guaranteed every time. It's advisable to enter together to have a higher chance of being allowed through the Thai lane.
I walked in with the mrs the other day and she walked off to the Thai lane and I went to the foreigner lane and the immigration officer stopped me and told me I could go to the Thai lane.
Just go to the foreign passport line. Whats the problem? You can try but why waste time standing in line for them to tell you no, might as well just wait in the foreign passport line and wait for her after customs
