TLDR : Answer Summary
This conversation discusses the feasibility of completing the online 90-day reporting in Thailand when the TM30 is not current. One user suggests attempting the online submission, as it may either be approved or rejected, with rejection comments often indicating the reason. Another participant seeks clarification on what it means for the TM30 to be current, mentioning cases of having never filed, having moved, or returning to the same address without updating. A recent experience of having a 90-day report rejected due to discrepancies between the TM30 and reported address is also noted.
all you can do is try the online 90 day report and see once it goes to pending if you get rejected or approved :/ If they reject it, they usually type into the remarks field why.

Some reports on Thai visa saying the same. 90 day reports rejected for no TM30 on file and also for not updating a previous one
what do you mean by your TM.30 isn't current? does that mean you've NEVER filed one? Does it mean you filed one but moved, or does it mean you came back from out of the country to the same address youv'e been at and never went to update your TM.30?
