I just went to CW to get a Residence Certificate and was sent to MTT. Is this new or did I miss something?

They moved Sections A (90 day reporting/medical extensions), Section B (TM30 reporting, residence certificates) Counter K (visa exempt entry) and Counter J (tourist visa entry) to Muang Thong Thani back on July 13th.
