Do I need to do a 90-day report with my current visa status in Thailand?

Morning all. 90 day reporting question.

I have a 1 year multi-entry non-O based on marriage, valid until Nov 4th. Last arrival March 2nd and then I went onto amnesty. On Aug 10th I got the 60 day visit family stamp (added after Sept 26th), meaning I'm stamped in until Nov 25th.

Per the note the IO put in my passport a 90 day report is due Nov 6th.

I have tried unsuccessfully the last 2 days to do the 90 day report online - I've always used it with no problem in the past, and my reporting address hasn't changed.

Am I actually required to do a 90 day report, given my circumstances?

I can't work out why else I can't submit my data on the system - I just immediately get the "visit your immigration office" pop up.

Apologies for the long message, and TIA for your input!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the necessity of a 90-day report due to their specific visa circumstances. They hold a 1-year multi-entry Non-O visa, based on marriage, with their last arrival before going onto amnesty. Despite trying to submit their 90-day report online without success and receiving a notice that their report is due, there is confusion surrounding their requirement to report. Commenters clarify that after entering the amnesty period and being back in the immigration system, the user needs to do the reporting in person.

for the advice. Self filed my TM30 and did my 90 day - in and out in 1ยผ hrs. They're really well organized up there.

You used a visa. a Visa only allows you to stay maximum 90 days, then you used the amnesty, no 90 days reports needed. Then you got back in the system and have to do your first 90 day report in person.

This doesn't make sense to me.

If you have a Non-O Multiple Entry Visa based on marriage to a Thai national, you're (normally) only allowed inside the country no more then 90 days.

How were you able to do the 90 day reports with this visa?

Check where you have to go

. I did my first one a couple of months ago and it wasn't the main immigration building it was another building out next to Impact. Basically come down off the expressway, do a right and then it's in a building on the left.
@Benjamin *****
can probably confirm.

sorry for not being clear. Prior to this visa I was on an extension of stay based on employment. I just meant I'd had no problems using the online system in the past.

Got it now!

The 90 day reports are used only if you stay in the country longer than 90 days. When you leave Thailand, you are given a new departure card, which is what the 90 day report uses to "track" you. You'll need to submit the first 90 day report in person so the new departure card is in the system.
