hi Todd I wrote to the hanoi embassy and they replied two days ago with a word doc that was a bit different to the website. I can't work out how to attach the document but I've copy pasted a section here

"-Hotel reservation/ accommodation booking, OR House Leasing contract, with ID/Personal Income Tax Code copy of the lessor FOR THE WHOLE DURATION OF YOUR STAY IN THAILAND. House details could also be required.

- Detailed Travel Plan, tour activities, and destinations … (and reasons why to travel to those places) during the whole periods that you will stay in Thailand in Thailand, in written form (paper)."

would a letter from my hotel suffice do you think? Not everyone on a non o would be renting a condo? If I paid for 3months or whatever in my usual hotel I wonder if that would work

no not because of thai pass. Australians don't qualify for evisa
