I've downloaded the International Vax cert again and used snipping tool for qr code. Also took photo of the code. All jpeg files. Cropped as per instructions but still wont upload. Any clues? The code is clear so not sure why it won't work

Leave a very small gap around the codes when you crop them. I did not to start with and wouldn't upload.

Mate what worked for me was dodgy phone camera shots of my pc screen with the required things. Keep it simple.
