TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can apply for a Thai tourist visa in Malaysia after your initial 60-day visa expires. However, it's important to note that while there is technically no limit to how many times you can obtain a tourist visa, immigration officers may question your intentions if you do this frequently. Additionally, be cautious as obtaining a visa in Kuala Lumpur can be challenging for some nationalities.
Be aware that Kuala Lumpur embassy is very difficult to get a visa for some nationalities. So I would do your research before traveling there or go to a different office in Malaysia or a different country.
You can indeed get a tourist visa in another country. There technically is no limit how many times you can enter using a tourist visa, but at some point an immigration officer will question your intentions if used multiple times.
