I paid an agent in Bangkok and got a certificate of residence without the 90-day report, only with a TM30. Bought a motorbike, no issues

Who can recommend an agent? I’m also on a DTV, asked an agent in BKK and he said right now they can not open accounts to DTV holders 🤷🏻‍♂️

You can apply, then come to Thailand on visa exemption. Once it’s approved you go out of Thailand and enter again with the DTV. I did exactly that a month ago
