nope, business registration certificate which I didn’t add, as the company house reg number was on my contract, however, I still didn’t send it when they asked (my mistake) but I emailed afterward (not sure if they even saw this)

No re-request for any documentation. I did send them this via email though, however, I'm unsure if they even looked at the email. When I resent the business reg number (business registration number is also on my contract) which I initially had sent, this went straight into pending approval so I don't even know if emailing the business reg. certificate made any difference to be honest.

It's the Thai Embassy in Hanoi email address - I'm not sure if they read it, maybe it's coincidental, if you go to the Hanoi Thai Embassy, there's an email on there 🙂

Thank you Niko! Nah, I just input my intended flight number for heading back. I emailed them to follow up today and within 20 mins got an auto approved email, it was the same Monday, I emailed for an update 30 mins later got a request for extra docs, 3 business days in total, so I'd recommend reaching out if in doubt! Also, feel free if you have any questions let me know, it's stressful waiting around 😃
