Absolutely, you can complain to Labour Department. Better with a lawyer of course, but can try by yourself

You can buy a land plot in her name, a structure itself ( a house) can be in your name, no matter you are a foreigner

The financial proof is needed when a parent makes a "guardian visa" for himself, following the student visa of his child. If you do not need visa, your son's visa will be prolonged only based on the set of documents from his school. No money need to be shown

What is your native country by the way? Is everybody so hot tempered there?! No pictures of your fit body as well. But it's ok. Listen, Thailand is for kids, I agree, choose some serious country next time, like Russia for example- a lot of big fit men I tell you and they need English teachers too! Go try, cool down there, it can help you cure your frustration of being a looser even in such an easy place like Thailand
