yes I am also on the same visa as you, I assume you are unaware that you can stay for almost 17 months on the Non Imm O ME before applying for a new Visa at a Thai Embassy/Consulate, with only 3 border runs and 3 x 60 day extensions

You can also extend to avoid going every three months. So theoretically you can do it with three extensions and three border bounces

IF like me your last "valid" day on that visa is say for example August 31st 2024, then leave Thailand on August 31st, come back on September 1st, then after 90 days, go to your local immigration office and extend it 30 days (tourist) or 60 (non-o).

Eh no, he has to leave the country every 90 days. 90 day reports are for non b/o visa extensions lasting a year.
