Yes I was aware of all the other documents, needed, I wasn't aware about them needing to be certified, I guess the wife will have to sign everything and write a letter. If the only financials they require are bank statements then I guess I can go. I just hate Laos and rather would do it in Vietnam.

I realise that but before 2019 I always used to get the visa from Ho Chi Minh without any financials. I heard that they just require bank statements showing a monthly income of 40k + and was wondering if anyone could clarify this.

I worked for the company for a year before it went into limbo during and after covid. The company's visa agent said the best thing to do would just be to let it expire then begin the process with a blank slate. But that may have been our HR manager being lazy (sorry sent you this in a PM as well but seems my post wasn't removed after all)
