David Karnovski i have just looked it up. It's 7 days and you need to pay 1900 baht to file the appeal.

David Karnovski without looking it up, I'm certain its 5 days from memory they have to deal with a formal appeal. You could appeal immediately to a supervisor but it's rare they overturn a decision on the spot.

And yes, you won't be going anywhere.

David Karnovski you can request an appeals form. They COULD hang you around though as I believe, without looking it up, they have 5 days to answer the appeal.

Penang for instance requires you to be at least a 40% share holder. In the case of 2 foreigners that would mean owning 80% of a Thai company. I don't see that working?
