You can't have both an education visa and a non-B (work) visa. But you can go from a tourist visa to either of these provided all your documents are in order. Your school or your employer (depending on which way you go) will arrange this. You also need a work permit for the Non-B. You need to be actually married for your spouse to get the "trailing spouse" visa. You don't actually need an agent to do this. The "agent" will be your school or your employer

Steve Greir. The re-entry permit is normally stamped up to the date of expiry of the last entry stamp or extension. It may be that OP's visa has expired and he's now on an extension of stay
David Bramble. There's no reduction for the covid insurance. It's still 50-50 whether someone tests positive and gets put into a field hospital for two weeks. That's what the insurance is for.
