TLDR : Answer Summary
The scheduled ban on international passenger flights entering Thailand has been extended until May 31, 2020. The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) updates the flight status every 15 days. Currently, all international flights are suspended indefinitely, with exceptions for state or military aircraft, humanitarian aid, medical and relief flights, repatriation, and cargo aircraft.

Good! We're half way through this. It would be suicidal to open it up now and only to go back to square 1. Keep it closed until June 1st and everything will settle by then

My call on this is: To heed the call made by those in charge of making the lockdown decisions based on what the highest Ranking Epidemiologists & virologists are telling the Govenors of each Province according to the most recent and accurate information they are gathering from The Frontline Doctors in the hospitals and other healthcare centers in each Province. If that means I am to stay inside my own Home with zero outside contact for 2 weeks then I will do that for 3 weeks. June First is still a long ways off. The Virus has its own schedule and will not conform to our best commands. The June first changes should not be decided more than a week in advance as extrapolating that far would not be appropriate as a "Safest Practice"... We are not in Georgia. Here Human lives matter, a lot.

IATA travel center update.

International flights entering Thailand, except those listed, now suspended indefinitely.

It was until the 30th April.

And mid May doesn't really mean anything other than nobody is coming in until then.

The CAAT update the status every 15 days.
