Brian Roberts. There's actually nothing stopping farangs coming back if they really want to or need to. From what I've observed it's only the Cheap Charlies who are on a constant whinge about how they're "locked out".
Link to gov source re quarantine mandate on Samui?
Had two friends (1 Thai & 1 American) land there on 15th & 16th and they weren’t told anything upon arrival about a quarantine. Just scanned qr code and signed a book.
forgive me for not fully trusting “Nicha” re an infographic she/he created. I’m simply looking for either a Thai/English gov link to the restrictions placed on the 18th onwards.
John Nicholas. For anyone who's been contemplating it, today would be a good time. Who knows how long these restrictions will last? Could be a week, could be two months.
