Which Bangkok Immigration Offices should applicants attend for Covid Extensions based on their Visa category?
Guys can you please clarify which of the Bangkok IOs an applicant will attend for a Covid Extension relative to the Visa category they were previously on? Thanks!
Answer summary
Applicants for Covid Extensions in Bangkok must go to different immigration offices based on their visa type. Those with Non-Immigrant visas, real tourist visas, or Special Tourist visas should visit the Chaengwattana Immigration Office. In contrast, individuals who entered Thailand on a visa on arrival, visa exempt status, or with an APEC card need to go to the Muang Thong Thani Office.

IF you came in on a 'visa on arrival' (for 15 days), visa exempt (for 14 or 30 days), visa waiver (for 30 or 90 days), or an APEC card you go to the Muang Thong Thani Office for the covid extensions

IF you have ANY type of Non-Immigrant, a real tourist visa or a Special Tourist Visa you get your covid extensions at Chaengwattana..
