no requirement to show what you spend each month. What do you do. Bring a box full of recipes with you and lay them all out on the imm Officers desk?

I’m sure to get criticized for this post. But you did follow the rules and had nothing to worry about. You just were not scrutinized with due diligence on the subject, and had a lenient IO.. I would hate the wrong message to go out for others to try this without insurance and be unsuccessful because of these stories
