I’m on a retirement extension of stay. If I am correct, my yearly extension renewal will fall annually on about the same date and no issue there. My next 90 Day Report is 18 March. If I Report let’s say 7 days latter on 26 March will my next 90 Day Report be 90 days after that date. I’m trying to push my Report dates towards the end of the month for personal reasons. Thanks David.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user wants to know if submitting their 90 Day Report late will adjust the schedule for the next report. Comments clarify that while you can report 7 days late, the new report date will reset to 89 days after the late report date. Additionally, reporting 14 days early is also permissible without penalty, but there are limitations on adjusting the 90-day reporting schedule.

You can change the due date of your 90 report a whole month in one year, if you do your 90-day reports 7 days late every time for a year..

Or just leave the country and return three months from your intended date. 90 days are reset at each new entry

Wow - 7 years to change it a week.

When you do a 90-day report 7 days late your next 90 day report is 89 days from the date you reported so yes you can push the next due date

No the report date will remain in 90 day sequence from the first one. But take note you can Report 14 days early and 7 days late without penalty
