James Miller,

Your really fast on the draw to close comments I’ve noticed. At least let people know that his (The op) post is not the norm or incorrect. We are all here to give advice and also receive it. Censorship is not cool but necessary to a point. Tell us it’s wrong (like Todd and company do) or incorrect in some way, but don’t leave us hanging. At least point out a discrepancy as all I know now from his post is I don’t need to file TM30 there.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the moderation practices in a Facebook group and how they impact the sharing of information regarding TM30 filing in Thailand. Users express frustration over the closure of comments and emphasize the need for clear communication on whether certain posts contain incorrect information. They seek clarification on the requirements for TM30 filings and the varying rules that may apply at local offices. Overall, there is a call for better engagement and transparency from moderators in handling such topics.

Just curious, can you see my post now?

Here's how I see it:

1. The mods, especially Tod Daniels, are approachable, and if you think you can add more information, send them a message. I hope James is the same way.

2. I notice a lot of Information here is "talk to your local office", which is true. The rules so vary between them, sadly.

3. Generally, for problems, bring it in private first, then public. It's not a rule per se, but I notice it does seem to improve both workplace and in real life relationships.

4. I hate Facebook, and it's very difficult to use, and I imagine it's difficult for a mod to use as well.

Just my 2 baht :/

Is James Miller a mod here? For some reason I don't see his posts... I checked, and he's not on the mod list on my computer

Thanks, I'll look into it in the A.M. I never block mods though, I think that's disrespectful. I think he can still see my posts though :/

David is wanting to know the latest re TM30 filing at CW in Bangkok. The OP post he is referring to said that a 90 days report was made successfully online, with NO TM30 filing problem. Thanks.
